About Tiffany Palmer

There is an overwhelming amount of noise out there which can make the buying or selling process crippling. This is where people settle for a home they didn’t really love, buy something without getting all the facts, or feel overwhelmed, walking away from the process altogether. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I believe it should be a smooth and enjoyable process. It is an important decision, and you need someone who will walk beside you through the process, helping you make the best decision.

I remember as a first-time buyer, I was scared of the commitment to buy a home. I chose to work with a builder on a new construction home. It sounded great, but there were a lot of unknowns: was I over paying, being taken advantage of…could I trust them to be my advocate? I knew just enough about the home buying process to get started; however, what I really needed was someone in my corner who could help me know what I didn’t know and fight for my best interests. Unfortunately, I had to do a lot of the defending on my own, even with an agent on my side. It was a very emotionally draining process.

Once the keys to my new home were handed to me, I was relieved the process was over, and I could start working on the fun things, like unpacking and decorating. I was finally a homeowner, but reflecting on my home-buying experience, I felt impassioned to help others with their real estate experiences. I obtained my real estate license with the mission of making the buying and selling process fun and enjoyable for others. When you work with me, you get an advocate and a partner in crime. I focus on educating and empowering my clients to ensure we are always on the same page, working together to honor their best interests. My goal is to be your most trusted real estate advisor.

If you don’t have a great time working with me, then I will buy you tacos or coffee; I’m a huge fan of both. Or just reach out and I will buy you tacos regardless. ??
